This included developing ESG reports aligned with TCFD, SASB, GRI, and SDG frameworks, securing SBTi validation for climate goals, integrating sustainability and resilience into projects and operations, and advancing building performance management. 2001 - 2016Experience includes progressively senior leadership roles in statewide energy and sustainability implementation programs, advancing from Planner to Manager, Deputy Director, and Director. Responsibilities grew from planning and implementing energy projects to directing a $450 million program and a multidisciplinary team of 20, supporting an 80-million-square-foot state property portfolio and generating $40 million in annual savings and revenue. Work included leading an accelerated program to green 700 facilities in 700 days, directly managing complex energy, renewable energy, and water-efficiency projects, and creating a program that installed more than 10 MW of renewable energy over three years. Additional experience includes developing long-range energy plans and budgets, establishing public-private partnerships, creating innovative financing and procurement mechanisms that leveraged more than $200 million for projects in construction, and applying LEAN techniques to reduce RFP and contracting process time by 67%.
